Hey

So we've had a sim only deal for over 4 years now and was looking to see if we could get a Upgrade with phone deal. 

When we go to forgotten log in details it says you cant find an account for that number?

 

Thats odd as you are taking money by direct debit for it yet there is no account ?How does that work?

My02 has been glitching recently.

 

Perhpas give o2 a call on 202 or visit a local o2 shop.

 

More chance of getting the handset due to this time of year and deliveries coupled with stocking levels.

MyO2 has been random for me the last few days ranging from PIN wrong to who the hell are you messages.

02 may be able to reset it for you if the situation continues or sometimes deleting an app and re downloading can occasionally help.

Just like to add that i have the account number and all here from a letter so i know damn well theres an account ..

I have been checking the MyO2 facility for a few days (since Christmas Eve) and it is working intermittently only. However we have no access to the OPs account and they should be ringing CS.

When was the last time you logged into your My O2 account?
If it was over 2 years ago there was a requirement for everyone to re-register (around April 2012) so the accounts that didn't re-register may be just sitting dormant which require CS to give them a kick back into life.
