Pay monthly -No account apparently?!

Hey

So we've had a sim only deal for over 4 years now and was looking to see if we could get a Upgrade with phone deal.

When we go to forgotten log in details it says you cant find an account for that number?

Thats odd as you are taking money by direct debit for it yet there is no account ?How does that work?

Since when?

From the start or have you upgraded/changed tariff's at any point?

With business accounts you need to register for my o2 and the password is sent out by mail if memory serves me right. I think staff get more commission too for business accounts

I'd change it now to consumer when you upgrade to a phone contract.
