Hello! Just I won't to double check my last bill because I received text message to pay for April...but I payed that bill

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

When and how did you pay your bill @Madalin ?

 

Depending on the method of payment, it is worth bearing in mind that there can be a couple of days' lag between you paying and the remittance being credited to your account in O2's records. 👍
