good afternoon
i am trying to pay my bill online and keep getting a message stating there is a problem and to come back later. I have tried via the 02 app and website but have the same issue! I am currently abroad so unable to contact o2 to make the payment. Please can someone advise how I can pay my bill without it becoming an arrears or showing as missed payment.
