Pay bill

I am trying to pay my last bill, my app doesn't give me the option to pay my bill since I transferred my number to another company. I am unable to sign in online as when I try to sign on it doesn't recognise my email. Any suggestions on how I can pay my bill?

As you have now transferred to another network, your best bet would be to pay via calling customer services.
