I'd like to speak to someone about paying my bill but the phone lines are closed by the time i get home and you can never speak to anyone on the chat about payments. The payment phone line is open while i am at work and i do not get chance to sit on the phone for an hour. My services have been completely cut off yet I've been trying to talk to someone to get it resolved. Help... How do i pay my bill??

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
