Pay as you go account. Should I not be able to see where my money has gone?

Have just checked my balance which shows it is empty which I strongly doubt. Should I not get a break down as to where my £30 went?

You can get a breakdown on PAYG but you need to request a subject access to gain the details.

Are you sure your credit hasn’t been taken for a bundle allowance?

Sounds like you are on a big bundle which means the credit will have been taken to pay for your allowances
