Iam at my wits end with o2 customer service and have been going around in circuls with conflicting infomation and I hope someone out there can provide some sound advice and bring back the will to live again
I have a huawei hotspot device that currently has a o2 pay as you go data sim init.
last week I was able to access mbb.o2.co.uk where I was able to put credit on it for the first time and then (after a long wait of the credit being processed)
This week my hotspot device is not connecting and when I try to go on to mbb.o2.co.uk it just takes me back to my modem page where it states "Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your service provider"
Is it true that I need credit on my device first before buying more credit, and if I run out there is no way of buying more with out using another device to access the internet
Please advise
Kind regards
Jo

You do not need credit to get more there could be issues with the o2 system at present try live chat to see if there are any issues.
