Im starting to wish I never brought a new phone.
I brought a HTC Desire C phone, this morning I topped up £10, it didn't connect to the tarriff I wanted straight away so I asked one of the customer service people on the site, who did it for me. Fantastic.

Now my credit is 50p.

How over the course of the day have I only got 50p credit, I sent a handful of texts, connected to Facebook, downloaded a handful of free apps...
I still have about 140mb of internet left, over 450 texts and all my minuets, what's going on?

Only a guess, but the tariff you choose most likely required purchasing so your credit was taken to buy the allowance for the month.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
