Solved: Pay and Go

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to access a bill online for a pay and go account? I keep being debited for a low balance but have know idea where the credit is being spent? Thanks

Sorry but there is no online way to view PAYG usage.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi you can check your call logs on your phone...or ring Customer services on 4445...for all other info you will need a subject access form http://static.o2.co.uk/www/docs/kana/subjectaccessrequestform.pdf
