Just call CS and they will upgrade you.
Any balance you have will be applied as a credit to your contract account.

You will also need a new sim card which they will post out to you.

You may then need to fill out this form to keep your number unless cs transfer it for you

You'd have to open a new pay monthly account and then transfer your number over to it.

Not sure what happens with remaining credit so make sure that's used up (Unless it can be transferred of course!)
