My anniversary date is June 11 so yesterday recharged for £ 10 and today my balance is 0.00 . As it happens, I do not understand.

The top up will have been taken to pay for your allowances.
You should now have your allowances which run until the next anniversary date .

Allowances always run to your anniversary date so if you hadn't topped up you would not have been able to send texts, make calls or use mobile data. As said, your top up pays for the coming month's allowances.

If you check in your Myo2 to look at your allowances or text balance to20202

If your allowances have not refreshed then ring Cs free on 4445 and they can check your account.
