Hi, any ideas why O2 won't accept a Halifax bank card to top up Pay and Go whether via the phone or My O2, card is fine checked with the bank, no problems with online or shopping purchases. O2 Help desk haven't a clue, can only top up via voucher......

It's a common problem with O2's website with any card payments.
Have you called CS to manually register your card first?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Is it a visa debit card.? I would call CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus they can register it..
