Pay and Go Basic Tariff

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I recently bought a pay as you go phone for emergency use but the only tariffs I can find require monthly top ups.  I only want a basic tariff where you pay for your credit and it remains until used, can someone please assist?  I already tried texting TEXTANDWEB to 21300 but that says it is no longer available.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks

You need to get on an O2 unlimited tariff. The first time you top up it buys allowances for the month but the credit you add remains on the phone until used.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi

You need to be on a no allowance type tariff.

Just choose a Payg tariff but don't top enough for the allowances to refresh is one option. And use the topped up credit to make calls, texts etc is one option.

Or look at the O2 unlimited tariff.

You don't get an allowance but pay for what you use.

You do need to use the SIM card by making a call every six months.

Textandweb is not available to new customers.

Available ones are here http://www.o2.co.uk/tariffs/payandgo
