I am on the Pay&GoGoGo tariff and had to top up £10 by the 6th of July for my bundles to double. I topped up £10 on the 3rd of July and now my credit is gone and I haven't received my allowance. When i phone up to check my allowance i am informed that either don't have a tariff or a tariff that i can't be provided information for.

You need to speak to customer service on 4445 to find out why you haven't received your allowance. Any incorrect charges should be refunded onto your account.
