For my son I top up monthly on pay and go, he uses a 4s but I have now given him my 5s. We want to keep the same number and top up details but the sim doesn't fit.

how could I do this if I need a new pay & go sim?

Hi,

Just take the sim to any O2 store and they move the number and credit/allowances to the right size sim for you free of charge.

If you call customer services on 4445 from the mobile they can send a sim over the post. Doing it in a store is the faster way.

You can also get your sim cut down at any mobile shop of you are too far from an o2 shop
