Pay & Go accumulation of credit. What to do?

Hi,
I know someone who is on the Favourite Place tariff and has accumulated a lot of credit after topping up £10 per month for quite a while. Is there anyway in which they can use O2 without paying for a subscription? i.e just pay for the calls and top up when needed?

I'd appreciate any help.

Hi

The credit on the Payg account should be able to be used instead of topping up on the next anniversary date.

This is what I do for my big bundle £20 Payg account.

Their is a basic tariff by invitation only http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/o2basic

or just stop topping up and use the credit on an as needed basis.

Thank you for the suggestions.

So if they just stop topping up, will the Favourite Place tariff just end and then they can pay the standard O2 price for calls, texts, etc?

You're welcome.

If the tariff is not meeting their needs then here is a link to other options http://www.o2.co.uk/tariffs/payandgo
