I only use my phone when travelling. Every 3 mths or so. I had 12 quid on, have not used phone, and now all gone. Not sure if O2 takes money off each week or? How do I find out where the money went.

No worries mate.
Your phone shouldn't use any credit if it's turned off but data could be the culprit if you turn it on and apps update, stuff such as weather and news apps always catch people out.
