Hi,
When I transferred from a Pay & Go phone to a Pay Monthly SIM only my Pay & Go account transaction details were removed. Although most of the credit on the original account was transferred to the new one, I don't think all of it has been, and I would like to check back. I tried an online chat and was told that the correct amount had be transferred, but I'm still doubtful. Normally I wouldn't bother pursuing what is probably a small sum, but the recently announced price increases, so soon into the new contract, have annoyed me!
