Tried multiple times to make an additional payment towards my handset, can’t find where to do it online, when I call it just hangs up

Additional device payments can only be done by calling.

Unfortunately as its a Consumer Credit Agreement, it has to be done other the phone either call 202 or 0344 809 0202 wait for 15 or so seconds and then choose an option, saying upgrade

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
