Hello, I rang 202 earlier to change my payment dates to the 30th of the month and it has been done apparently but it’s not reflected on my o2? How do I get confirmation of said change?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Don't think you can change to the 30th as there are only 11 of those in a year @Leemington - normally have to choose between 1st and 28th of the month.
