Hi Guys

Im trying desperately to find out how i pay off my device plan, without success. I appreciate Covid has reduced direct people contact, but, there doesnt seem to be a facility online where i can pay off my device and change to a sim onlyh tariff. Can anyone help please??

you need to call to transfer tp pay and go @MikeFringes 

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
