Hi,
I'm looking at paying off one of my O2 contracts but can’t find any helpful information. I can see the upgrade option and the leave O2 option but I don’t want to do either. I just want to pay off my iPad in full, cancel its airtime but keep my phone contract.
Thanks,
Jamie.

You need to call o2 on 0800 902 0217 and they can take payment to close the Device Plan, and close the Airtime on the iPad.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Is there any way of doing it online? I struggle to make phone calls due to mental health issues.

As its a regulated agreement, you need to call up, it might be worth asking a family member to make the call with you as they will need to speak to you to confirm the details. but they can take over the call once done.
You can always pop into an o2 store to see if they can help but I wouldn't hold any hope they can.

I’m actually looking at getting the Meta Quest 3 but I think that’s not something I can ‘upgrade’ my iPad to. So am I correct in thinking the only way I can do it is call to pay off the iPad and then order the Quest separately?

If it is available to you on pay monthly the you can order it at the same time, and as long as you pass the credit and affordability checks you are good to go.
You cant do it as an upgrade
