It is possible but you need to arrange that with customer service, not online banking. A couple of dates will be unavailable such as 1st or 31st possibly but they will give you the date most preferable for your needs.

If CS haven't advised you of this already... just to make you aware - if you're on O2 Refresh you may find you have two Phone Plan payments due instead of one after you've requested for your billing/payment date to be changed and your Airtime bill and allowances will be subject to pro-rata (as per your tariff Terms).
Your Airtime bill/allowances will be subject to pro-rata if you're on a standard agreement also.
