At the time of shopping for a contract, I had someone from the o2 support team assisting me in purchasing a phone and contract. At the time of the agreement in purchasing, she had given me a discount for my pay monthly. She had said that I will have to set up contract as normal and pay the first month in full and following months I’ll be paying the discounted price. I would have to text LOYALTY and my number to 21500. Unfortunately, it had come back to me that it was not possible. Please could o2 solve this for me as I agree on contract given that I’ll have a discount on my contract plan.
