Pay Monthly - Upgrade early?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows, is it worth phoning o2 to ask if it's possible to upgrade my phone early? My upgrade date is in just under a month but my phone screen is cracked (I have no insurance on it)

I'd even be willing to pay the remaining months bill, if only I could upgrade my phone early because using the one I have is near impossible at the moment.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Yes you can upgrade at any time by paying off your remaining contract. CS can advise you on cost and options.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I would pay the final 2 months up and upgrade the cost won't be that much really, you can drop 1 tariff and remove any bolts on to save a few pounds all better in your pocket slight_smile
