Pay Monthly Customer Dial Customer Service and get Pay As You Go Team?

I have this on going problem eversince my number was converted to contract from pay and go, converted back to pay and go again due to being put on the wrong tarrif then back to contract again on the tarrif I originally wanted. Now everytime I call Customer Services on either of the numbers I get asked If I want to top up, and then gtet put through to the Pay and Go Team, whom obviously say they can't help and have to put me through to Pay monthly. It is a nuisance, I've spoken to o2 about it three times, twice on the phone and instore. Still happening. Don't know

I tried this number just to see what menu options I'm given, they are exactly the same as 202. Option 1 is for top up. Is that the same options you get?
