I had a samsung note 7 contract but as you may know it had to go back, Do you think 02 will agree to remove the 02 contract for this off my credit record as it is showing as open still @ Noodle and equifax.

 

if they would not remove it who do i contact to get it closed atleast.

tried emailing them no reply and now my note 7 is been marked down as unpaid even though everything was cancelled the cancellations team said.

I'd make a complaint if I were you.
