Hi,
I am in the USA, I have a contract back home in UK and haven't paid the bill, I want to pay it but can't get access to my O2 as I don't have the sim card & the eSim which is on my friend phone back home has been deactivated due to no payment,
I tried calling but keep being put on hold and no one answers for hours, is there any way I can speak to someone quickly, email or some how pay this bill?

There is no email support from o2, and hasnt been for many years as it is insecure.
You will need to call the Payment Management Team via Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) on +44 800 902 0217
That is all we can tell you to do as this is a customer to customer forum

Do you know how much you need to pay ?

@Clarke This is a customer community. We have no access to account information. There will be no one to contact from O2 at this time of night. 8 am UK time is the best time to call Payment Management.
If you want to avoid problems like this in the future set up a Direct Debit when you return to the UK.

The live chat can not take payments or deal with any financial transactions.. So as @bambino says they open at 8am UK Time, so that is either 3am ET or Midnight PST (If my brain is working )...
