I upgraded my phone today to an iPhone 12 Pro and it was taking ages to move all the things across from my old phone to the new one, the apps have taken forever to download and all of my saved passwords have disappeared! I’m worried as I have a lot of saved passwords that I don’t keep copies of anywhere else! I’ve got some apps missing too. This hasn’t ever happened before when I’ve changed phone and I don’t know what’s going on!
Make a complete encrypted backup of your old phone on iTunes, then restore that backup to your new phone.
