Hi hoping you can help,
I bought a bolt on while abroad and wanted to pay it off as soon as possible which I did over a week ago. However my o2 app isn’t showing this anywhere and still says the normal bill plus the extra will be coming out on the first of March. I’ve tried contacting o2 via the app chat and on the phone but the app keeps crashes or the security text don’t come through and I’ve waited over half an hour on the phone without getting through. When I check my balance on 202 it has the updated amount and the money has left my account. Thank you

The App is not good at those sort of things. I have a credit that does not show in the App but does on the Web Version
