Hi @Cu

If you want an outgoing calls bar on your daughter's phone you will need to ring customer services on 202. The best time to ring is between 8-8:30am, to avoid a long wait on hold.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum Welcome

@Cu

If it's an Android phone, have a look here for a guide https://www.ubergizmo.com/how-to/block-calls-android/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Cu , how are you doing today? slight_smile

As it's been a few days since you posted, I wanted to check if you managed to block outgoing calls in the end?

For parent control if Android try giving Google Family Link a try, or you could you Qustodio, it's included on O2 as an add on if I remember https://www.o2.co.uk/qustodio.
