I ordered a phone today with o2 said I can go collect it got to the store wasn't no record spoke t someone online gave me a number t track paced doesn't work dono what t do can anyone help

If you log into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 you can track your orders under the section called "recent orders" but the info will only appear once your phone has been dispatched.
Other than that, you will have to speak to cs again http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
