Hi, I would like from O2 a few paper statements from the last 4 years, 2 each year ?

You can print off going back 2 years in your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
I don't believe O2 keep any records beyond 2 years.

I remember reading once that records are kept upto 2 years then that's it

I believe it's 2 years but thought the legal requirement was 6 years but if the OP calls customer service he may get clarification.

You can get bills going back 6 years but it might have to be done as a Subject Access Data Request which o2 will charge for.

Still better to confirm first with customer service that the statements are available....
