@Maeve43 You can speak to customer service, but by the time O2 gets around to refunding you, your next payment will be due, so you may as well leave it as a credit for next month. If you want to avoid this happening again, set up a Direct Debit. It will take the process of you having to remember to pay every month and possibly making the same mistake again out of your hands.
