@TT2

Are you on Refresh where 2 payments are taken (usually on the same day)

1) for Device

2) for airtime

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

We have no access to your account so you need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Your billing date and payment date are different.

If you paid on the 3rd, your next bill is generated around 14 days later and is required to be paid 14 days after that.

Your bill date is the same every month and the payment date follows that unless it's a bank holiday, in which case, it will be taken on the first working day after.
