It usually takes 24-48hrs before it's reconnected after non payment of a bill. However, you could contact customer services and ask them Guide: How to find help & contact O2 You could borrow a phone and  call 0344 809 0202 or use live chat.

@Stace You should think about setting up a Direct Debit to avoid this happening again.
