Paid for a monthly data and credit but haven’t received the credit and data

Last month I’ve paid for a monthly data and credit. It’s been a month and it was coming to the next payment for next month monthly data and credit payment. I’ve paid for it and it’s been said. But it’s been 3 days since I’ve paid and yet I have no date or credit.i am disappointed and confused

It will kick in on your anniversary date, if that date has gone, you'll need to check with O2.
