Ended service in March and was given a final bill, paid it off then couple of days later after receiving a further letter in the post stating I owed over £30, I logged back in for my account to show I still owed £10.89. I received a further letter stating I owe over £50. I have had numerous phone calls with the O2 team to get this rectified be told all I had to pay was £10.89. Once paid this will close my account. I have paid this but this afternoon but have now received an email stating as I haven’t paid the outstanding balance my debt is being passed to moorcroft.

Depending on the time frame you may find O2 say you owe nothing.
If that is the case then they have sold the apparent debt on to Morecroft and you would have to deal with them.
Hopefully it's not at that stage

All we can do as customers like you is to tell you to contact o2 on 0800 902 0217 or speak to the Social Media team, as there is no o2 support on here .
