I paid my bill this morning but still recieving messages to say my bill is overdue

It usually takes a few hours to update @Jacky1
You can always call customer services on 202 if unsure.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Just been in touch with the bank . The payment is still pending as o2 haven’t taken it... if o2doesnt take it by the 19th the card payment will be cancelled by the bank... in the meantime my service is being restricted . Which I’m not happy about as I made the payment last Friday.

You’ll need to chase customer service @Jacky1 to see why they haven’t taken the payment. 

You or admin can remove the solution until the problem has been corrected.
