Paid Bill but says Overdue.

Hi, i paid my bill on the 30th of March when it was due and it definitely got paid as it’s on my bank statement. However, today I checked my O2 App and noticed it said I was overdue on the payment that had already been paid?

Can someone help as I don’t want to pay another £37 that has already been paid.

Edit: and now because of this, they’ve cut my phone service off which, due to everything that’s going on, isn’t a good thing right now.

 You need to call them in the morning. See if the system updates tonight but if not 8am is the best time to call
