Pac transfer

Hi, I have just changed from ID mobile and transferred my number over. The transfer was scheduled for today.....I can make calls and my old number comes up e.g mum on daughters phone, but I can't receive calls. It goes straight to answer phone and I get a text on my old id phone to say I've missed a call. I've tried rebooting the phone twice but it still doesn't work.

The port is probably incomplete as yet. Keep rebooting your phone and if there is no change by midday, then call customer services on any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

You’re doing to right thing by restarting the phones. Normal service should be resumed soon once the transfer is fully complete.
