I’ve received my pac code from my previous network provider, I tried to ring 02 but they are unable to take calls unless it’s an emergency. I tried giving my pac code through the app which I think was successful but I never received any confirmation that it’s going to happen as I never spoke to anyone as it was more like filling out a form. It usually takes 24hrs but it’s been almost 30 and I’ve tried restarting my phone as suggested but the number remains the same so I’m unsure as to whether or not what I filled out is happening or if I need to do something else.... what shall I do? Please help

It seems the Pac code form on the site isn't working, I've tried it several times and no luck.

@Brencford

You mean the one here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number ?

Try calling O2 from 8.00am in the morning, but ports don't happen at weekends so Tuesday will be the earliest it can be done now.
