My o2 contract finishes on the 9th of jan (renewel) but im thinking of going to a different network provider, as soon as i give them (new provider) the pac code will that definitely end my contract?? Thanks

Hi @Anonymous Once you give them the pac code. That will end your contract & you will receive a final bill

@jonsie ... im getting a new phone with the new provider but i could i still unlock old one just for the sake of it??

@Anonymous just a quick question, does that final bill get paid back after the contract ends ? Thought i read something somewhere that it does & thats why you need to keep dd open..

Yes you could. Just use the link in My O2. It's handy then as a spare to use the phone with any network and will increase the value if you want to sell it.

Your final bill is 30 days after the end of your contract so leave the DD in place until you're fully paid up.

If you mean you get the money back then no as the final bill will show any monies left that you still owe. If you don’t owe anything then it should show as a £0
