Can somebody help please. I joined o2 a few days ago and requested a PAC from Smarty to transfer my number over.
In the meantime, after receiving new phone and sim from o2 I realised how bad the coverage was and I called to cancel contract (within 14 days) I was told the contract would be cancelled and PAC would not happen.
Today, my Smarty sim was cancelled due to the PAC and I lost my number.
O2 have said it hasn't been ported over, they reactivated my account and still shows new number. I bought a new snarty sim and used the pac code given, but it didn't work.
Smarty blame o2. O2 say smarty still have my number.
What do I do? Please help.

Sounds like the cancellation happened part way through the port.
