Has anyone had a similar issue with O2.
I have taken a new contract with O2 moving from vodaphone and wanted to take my number. Provided them with the pac code and this process was started yesterday around 10am i lost use of my old sim and phone with no service, and i have still not had any service on the new sim. I have online chatted with them twice, asking me to just wait, however i am getting fraustrated as no phone , with no signal and no data. I have switched it on and off every so often and tried searching manually but still coming up with no service. Has anyone got any other ideas? Surely this process should have been completed by now as its been 24 hours.

Just keep rebooting your phone. If your old phone has lost service then it shouldn't be too much longer.
I will mention our account staff here in the hope they can check this out. @O2Kyle @O2Kayleigh @O2Emma are you able to help please?

It lost service 24 hours ago, so i have been rebooting my new phone and sim every so often to no avail. ?
