How do I pay my bill when I have been cut off

You will need to ring the Payment Management team, on 0800 902 0217 from 8am tomorrow. 

Be aware if you have  been cutoff o2 may charge £15 to reconnect you, and can decide to not reconnect you, depending on the delinquency of the account.
If they do reconnect you, you will be forced to pay by Direct Debit.
