PUK2 Needed to unblock Pin2

Hi, anyone tell me where I can find the 02 email adress/or give me it- so I can ask them for my PUK2-so I can unlock my Pin 2 on simcard ??  Thanks.

Aren't all your PUK details available via My O2 @MI5 ?

Or are you only get 1 via that route?

PUK 2 is probably 0000 or 5555 but I don't think it's in your MyO2 as it's generic and not unique like PUK 1 is.

Or maybe that's PIN 2 I'm thinking of?
Either way, customer service will have it if you call or chat.

Yes you are thinking of PIN 2 as the PUK 2 is definitely an 8 figure digit and is unique to the sim card.

And yes, only PUK 1 available in MY O2.
