O2 IS MASSIVELY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN PLUSNET FOR WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE SAME PRODUCT, WITH SIMILAR LEVELS OF COVERAGE. O2 HAS NOT MADE ME ANY OFFER OF A REDUCTION. CAN ANYONE HELP MY UNDERSTAND THE COLLOSSAL PRICE DIFFERENCE BEFORE I TRANSFER. AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

Plusnet did not have to maintain a network. They just rented space so overheads wre much lower.

You just need to search around for the best product / service that suits your needs but virtual operator like Tesco and giffgaff are usually cheaper.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
