As seen on T.V and in the Media, theses Robbing (edited) have put up the Prices when you have fixed your Contract, I am looking into switching and going to the Ombudsman to claim any penalties back

Hi guys,

If you see threads relating to the recent announcement, please do as Adam has and link to other relevant info.

I don't want to merge threads, as I want everyone to have a chance at airing their views on such an important issue. I know it may be hard to have to read through all of these threads, but it will only be for a short time. I'm still working on getting the go-ahead to create official threads on such issues and when that happens we can merge threads as some of you have advised.

I'll also work on getting some more around the announcement itself for the sake of clarification if it is needed.

Cheers!

It is the clarification that o2 has not breached the guideance from Ofcom and have applied it fully compliant unlike the media and Which are claiming.

They may not have breached the rules but it does need to be highlighted how immoral they are in what they are doing
